- Product Knowledge: Conduct detailed product demonstrations, explaining the benefits and features of the company's machinery.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and sales reports to senior management, including forecasts and market analysis.
- Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel frequently within the region for client meetings, trade shows, and on-site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the industrial machinery or related sector.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
