DescriptionDomestic Manager Summary / Description:The Domestic Outbound to Store Transportation Manager, role will be responsible for managing the new network established to support retail store deliveries. This role will assist in leading the separation activities between BBW & Victoria's Secret and will be responsible for managing to project timeline and go live, supporting standup activities, milestone tracking, etc. This role is a change agent who will evolve and shape the role through continuous improvement and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the role will be highly collaborative, successfully managing the Parcel & Delivery Agent relationships, as well as supporting the store operations teams and their delivery needs. Truly a once in a career opportunity.Position Summary:· Support the growth and development of Victoria's Secret Domestic transportation network into our next evolution· Lead the strategic partnership with our new parcel and delivery agent carrier network that will support the domestic deliveries to 800 stores nationally and providing time-definite delivery of over 7 million cartons with a retail value exceeding 4 billion dollars.· Cultivate existing relationships and coordination with brand store operations teams to ensure changes and plans are integrated into the domestic transportation plans.· Lead cross functional teams in continuous improvement opportunities, to include performance factors and trend reporting associated with the store delivery and additional network logistics services.Responsibilities Include:· Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve network service and cost efficiency with internal teams.· Effectively manage the development of Victoria's Secret owned Domestic network including all or parts of the following: Inbound, Outbound, Delivery Agent, Reverse Logistics, etc.· Provide recommendations for development of new capabilities within the network for standard and customized store deliveries, backroom congestion management, and offsite storage programs.· Leads internal performance reporting evaluating current network's performance, to include on-time delivery, carton scanning and visibility, Delivery Agent inventory volumes and others.· Effectively manages Store operation relationships with the goal of achieving Store Operations Blue Chip priorities, coordinating additional value-added services, and contributing to the overall success of the customers' product flow.· Provide support to develop MOOS (Mark out of Stock) & SAS (Semi Annual Sale) delivery requirements for optimized store flow of goods, including reverse logistics back to DC or Delivery Agent.· Support internal store operations teams & 3PL to develop execution strategies & contingency plans for all markets in terms of seasonal, holiday or other peak forecasts.· Participate & Lead formal service reviews with Carrier Partners, this may include visiting stores, and coordinating meetings with store operations executives in the field.for benefit details related to this position.Minimum Salary: $84,200.00
Maximum Salary: $114,975.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsPosition Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in business management, Transportation, Logistics, or other relevant business discipline preferred.· A minimum of 7 years prior experience successfully in Transportation or Logistics Management experience.· Possesses integrity, interpersonal, and leadership skills to accomplish results with and through individuals and teams. Proven leadership skills directing a small exempt and non-exempt team. Self-starter with initiative to action strategic vision of team and leadership goals for the store delivery network.· Operates successfully within a team/matrix organization to achieve desired outcomes. Interacts effectively with all levels of internal and external organizations, suppliers, and customers.· Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
