- Design and develop engaging training materials (videos, tutorials, e-learning modules, etc.) tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with product, client services, and technical writing teams to translate complex product features into accessible learning content.
- Create scalable content for use across multiple platforms (LMS, help centers, client portals).
- Maintain and update training materials in line with product updates and client feedback.
- Apply instructional design principles to ensure content is effective, inclusive, and user-friendly.
- Develop and maintain polished documentation such as user guides, SOPs, workflows, reports, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to get the information you need and shape it into accessible, high-quality content.
- Rapidly learn and assimilate complex technical concepts, ensuring a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Transform technical details into engaging learning materials, ensuring non-technical users can understand and succeed with our products.
- Ensure content is always accurate, up-to-date, and easy to follow, supporting both internal teams and external users.
- Strong background in instructional design, learning experience design (LxD), or training content development.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360, learning content tools and multimedia production software.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-powered content creation tools and a strong understanding of how AI can enhance digital adoption, streamline user onboarding, and improve the overall user experience.
- Experience creating video tutorials, screen recordings, and interactive learning assets.
- Ability to distill technical information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or technical environments is a plus.
- Experience managing and publishing content in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, training development, or related field, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a content creator, instructional designer, technical writer, or similar role.
- Portfolio of past training materials or multimedia content.
- Experience working cross-functionally with client-facing and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
