- Define and evolve a unified product vision and roadmap for NRC's research platform
- Conduct deep discovery with customers, prospects, researchers, and internal stakeholders to prioritize platform capabilities
- Partner with UX and engineering to design scalable workflows, sampling methods, survey engines, data pipelines, and reporting tools
- Lead go-to-market planning and positioning in collaboration with marketing and sales enablement teams
- Maintain a pulse on competitive platforms, regulatory shifts, and research innovation trends
- Establish success metrics and feedback loops for continuous platform improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or research technology domains
- Proven ability to lead platform strategy and execution from vision to launch
- Expertise in survey technologies, research workflows, or insight delivery solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with experience working in agile and cross-functional environments
- Flexibility to fulfill minimal travel expectations
