Job Description
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead within the ERP Oracle team, you'll be the strategic interface between the business and implementation, configuration, solution design, and support. Your role includes defining functional requirements, configuring the HCM module, overseeing implementation and maintenance, and collaborating with IT groups and business users. You'll also provide support to developers on business and functional requirements/specifications.Essential Duties
- Acting as a functional analyst/subject matter expert for implementations and rollouts
- Gathering and assessing client requirements, translating them into optimal Oracle Cloud solutions
- Conducting functionality gap analysis and solution design
- Organizing Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle Fusion HCM projects
- Presenting Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution capabilities to clients
- Providing expertise and guidance in HR-related areas within the Oracle Fusion HCM module
- Developing functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
- This job is a civilian position in either a public safety department or in Information Technology with close ties to public safety. Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a public safety background which may include motor vehicle & criminal histories, and fingerprinting.
The grade for this position is 107. Salary will be dependent on education and experience.Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field AND
- Seven years of progressive IT experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.
- Valid driver's license
- Oracle Fusion HCM Certification.
- Completion of one full implementation as a Functional Lead with Oracle HCM, preferably in the Public Sector.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Functional Lead role.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, specifically in HR/Benefits.
- In-depth experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project.
- Proven track record in medium- to large-scale implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution.
- Ability to work on all project phases, including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.
- Expertise in data conversion strategies and hands-on experience in supporting data conversion execution.
