- $40K–$42K base salary + commission
- Projected Year 1 Earnings: $75K+, with over 6-figure potential in Year 2

- Conduct pre-call planning to prepare for and confirm appointments
- Lead in-home design consultations and measure windows for ordering accuracy
- Generate leads with new clientele and present and promote products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Follow up on unsold quotes and drive toward a close
- Complete sales paperwork and CRM updates for all sold jobs
- Post and engage on social media (TikToks, company groups, campaigns, and personal channels)
- Follow up on this week’s installations and check in on customer satisfaction, navigating next-steps on company’s behalf where needed.
- Attend weekly production meetings with Project Manager
- Prep and plan for upcoming appointments and internal check-ins
- Nurture referral partner relationships and set networking strategies
- Attend product trainings to stay current on offerings and design trends
- Participate in team-wide meetings and performance reviews
- Passion for design and sales, with a track record of closing deals at goal or beyond and delivering excellent client experiences
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Confidence in social media engagement and brand representation
- Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and digital workflow systems
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to company values and willingness to represent the brand with integrity and care.
