- Diverse Experiences: Gain hands-on experience in employee practices and labor relations through supporting:
- Collective Bargaining Support: Assist with collective bargaining negotiations.
- Employee Initiatives: Support system-wide employee programs and initiatives.
- Sensitive Investigations: Participate in sensitive investigations and case management.
- Mediation/Arbitration: Assist with cases going to mediation or arbitration.
- ELR Shadowing: Spend time shadowing an Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) director.
- Master's Degree in either:
- Master of Health Administration (MHA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Public Health (MPH)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program
- Strongly prefer a Master's degree, combined with an undergraduate background in disciplines such as Pre-Law, Human Resources, or Ethics.
- Graduation Status: Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completion
- Experience: Less than 5 years of professional experience.
- Graduation Date: Must have graduated with an applicable Master's Degree between Spring 2023-Spring 2027.
- Excellence: A quick-thinking problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with conflict resolution, public speaking, and willing to proactively address challenges.
- Commitment: A strong interest in healthcare management and leadership.
