Job Description:OverviewPepsiCo Beverages North America (PBUS) is on the front lines of consumer connection, and media is one of its most powerful levers. As part of the One Pep Media Strategy & Investment team, with a focus on the Beverage business/category, you’ll help shape the way our Beverage brands show up across all media touchpoints. The group is accountable for maximizing PepsiCo's significant media investment while simultaneously identifying and applying innovative and emerging media platforms across the portfolio. The Media group also owns the day-to-day relationship with the media community, media agencies and ultimately serves as liaison between the media marketplace and PepsiCo's marketing department.As Sr. Manager, Media Strategy & Investment, you’ll lead cross-channel media strategy and investment on Brand Pepsi. You’ll partner closely with brand teams, agencies and cross functional partners to architect integrated media plans that not only reach the right consumers, but actually resonate and deliver on the business.We're looking for someone who blends strategic vision with executional savvy, thrives in a fast paced environment and knows how to challenge the status quo to make bold ideas happen.Who You Are:

Responsibilities
  • Own brand media strategy: Translate business and brand goals into media strategies that deliver reach, resonance and ROI
  • Maximize investment: Steward PepsiCo’s media dollars to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and breakthrough outcomes
  • Lead campaign planning: Drive media planning for brand launches, tentpoles, and annual campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization and learnings
  • Develop partnerships: Evaluate, shape, and negotiate custom content programs and media partnerships alongside agency teams.
  • Elevate integration: Ensure media strategy is embedded early in the creative development in concert with the brand teams
  • Activate across levels: Lead national media execution and work with bottling partners to ensure local plans align with brand strategy
  • Drive measurement & learning: Extract insights from media performance and apply learnings to future planning
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • 7–10 years of media experience required (CPG or agency background strongly preferred)
  • Deep expertise in digital and social media required: fluency in video, audio, and programmatic also ideal
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
