Are you ready to roll on the throttle and join us?Hourly Range: $15-$18/hour + CommissionPosition OverviewAs a Service Advisor, you are the main point of contact for customers looking to get their bikes serviced at our dealership. You are the liaison between our customers and service technicians.Duties Include:
  • Ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their motorcycle issues/problems and develop ongoing relationships
  • Inspect bikes to identify and verify service needs
  • Work closely with service technicians and explain pricing details of repairs to customers
  • Sell additional services by pointing out service specials or additional work needed
  • Assign service jobs to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization
  • Keep customers in the loop on their repairs and communicate when it is ready for pickup
