As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to join their dynamic team.Position Overview: As a Project Executive specializing in HVAC, sheet metal, and piping, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of project management. With a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule, you will utilize your extensive experience and expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects from inception to completion. This position requires a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of excellence in project management within the HVAC, sheet metal, and piping industry.Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and client handover.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, and piping project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and piping installation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience working in the commercial construction industry (preferred).
