- Processes commercial loan documentation following the Bank’s Loan Policy, operating procedures and industry best practices.
- Assists Commercial Bankers and loan servicing team members with operational support related to compliance, policy, and related requirements.
- Reviews incoming loan requests for completeness and data accuracy.
- Uses the loan document imaging system to validate information on loan requests.
- Performs pre-closing compliance reviews including the following regulatory guidance under:
- Flood Insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program (“NFPA”);
- Regulation B;
- Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (“HMDA”);
- Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”);
- Beneficial Ownership;
- Customer Identification Program (“CIP”).
- Verifies loan approval prior to producing loan documentation.
- Prepares upload directions for Loan Operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school degree or equivalent with some related work experience.
- In addition to education in business or related field, 6 months to 1 year of experience in a loan support related role is preferred.
- Banking or financial experience is also preferred.
