
Sr. Key Account Manager

- Manage and grow senior-level relationships with national/regional retailers and distributors
- Develop sales strategies to expand distribution and increase market share
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and terms with key accounts
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Drive accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and business planning
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align initiatives
- Lead business reviews and client engagement strategies
- Mentor junior account managers
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
- 5–7+ years of key account management experience in pet food or CPG
- Proven history of growing large accounts and achieving revenue goals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Willing to travel frequently
