Senior Project Manager Industrial ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of industrial construction (e.g., manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, power plants) and a strong background in project planning, financial oversight, safety, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and client communication.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure it meets scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts.
  • Monitor job site safety and compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor contracts.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master s degree a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex industrial construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), and budgeting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Combination of office and field environment; regular site visits required.
  • Travel to project sites as necessary (may be regional or national).
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak project phases.
