Talascend is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for a contract opportunity with our client in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. MUST be bilingual in Korean and English.OverviewThe role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and requires fluency in English and Korean.Responsibilities
  • Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments while ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the CFO, handling correspondence, emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, PowerPoints, follow-up documentation for meetings and coordinate onsite and offsite events for small and large groups.
  • Order supplies for the CFO office, process invoices, and handle expense settlements.
  • Arrange complex international and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in managing and tracking key projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical issues.
  • Research current market trends to stay abreast of changes in the economy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude, sharp, highly intuitive, and able to anticipate needs.
  • Highly collaborative and flexible to adapt to changes in schedule and procedure.
  • Outstanding ability to juggle competing priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet the demands of the role.
