Career change individuals welcomed, NO experience necessary!!Check out our Medline Manufacturing video below!SUMMARY: Responsible for providing daily leadership to a small group of manufacturing employees. Ensure the production team is adhering to all company policies and manufacturing procedures while performing their job duties as assigned. Line Assemblies are responsible to provide direction along with the assignment of duties to their production team based on work orders provided by management. While providing leadership to their production team it is the responsibility of Line Assemblies to work side by side with the production team to complete daily manufacturing goals as assigned.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
 Provide daily job assignments and leadership to production teams.
 Maintains and complies with all applicable company policies, manufacturing procedures, SOP’s, cGMP’s.
 Ensure all product quality specifications are met through all manufacturing steps.
 Ensure all documentation and training is completed as required per manufacturing processes and procedures.
 Function as a working member of the production team, knowledgeable in all areas of line activities.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
 Assist with manufacturing equipment and production team set-ups.
 Provide urgent communication to Production Coordinator/Supervisor of any equipment or operating deficiencies.
 Assist Production Coordinator/Supervisor in resolving and dispositioning any nonconformance.
 Interface with Production Coordinator/Supervisor to discuss schedule completion, staffing requirements, and quality and safety issues.
 Communicate with and/or assist Production Coordinator/Supervisor with any material, equipment, maintenance, quality, and/or engineering needs for manufacturing floor.
 Promote the importance of positive attitudes and lead by example.
 Support management in its decisions and encourage others to do so.
 Direct Production Associates with questions related to company policies, procedures and other employment related concerns to the management team and/or Human Resources.
 If required based on manufacturing schedules ensure the proper communication of appropriate information with the incoming shift's Line Assembly/Production Coordinator/Supervisor is provided.
 Manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements
 Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
 May perform other duties as assigned

  • This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Individual needs to be proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment.  High School or GED Level of Degree in the general education field of study preferred
 1 year of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing production team environment or general leadership role
CERTIFICATE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Education documentation is required. Any other licenses or registrations to Professional Societies are to be provided by the candidate at his/her discretion.
REASONING ABILITY:
