What You'll Do:We’re looking for a Director of Enterprise Architecture with a focus on data architecture to join our team. Your key responsibilities will consist of:Team Leadership
  • Provide direct leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight to a distributed team of data architects.
  • Drive consistency and quality across all data architecture deliverables and engagements.
Strategic Data Architecture
  • Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture strategy, including data platforms, integration patterns, lineage, metadata, and master/reference data.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align architecture to business capabilities and product portfolios.
Cloud and Legacy Integration
  • Guide the evolution from on-premise DB2/Oracle systems to modern platforms like Snowflake, AWS-native services, and streaming architectures.
  • Be responsible for architecture patterns that integrate AI, GenAI, and ML workloads responsibly and effectively.
Governance and Quality
  • Partner with data governance and security teams to embed data privacy, compliance, and quality controls into all architectures.
  • Drive adoption of architectural decision records (ADRs), capability maps, and lifecycle-based data models.
Collaboration and Influence
  • Serve as the architecture partner to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) and data platform leaders.
  • Present strategies and trade-offs to senior leaders and architecture review boards.

Who You Are:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of professional experience OR equivalent work experience (16 years professional experience)
  • You have deep expertise in data modeling, distributed systems, metadata/catalogs, MDM, data integration, and cloud-native data patterns
  • You are experienced leading architecture across large-scale enterprises with legacy and cloud systems
  • You have experience with platforms like Snowflake, AWS data stack, DB2/Oracle
  • You are a great communicator with strong executive presence and the ability to influence the strategic direction of your peers.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $153000 - $207000 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
