  • Oversee the development and implementation of service line strategies to boost sales and improve customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and develop marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the sales team helping them to understand service features and benefits.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to ensure our services remain competitive.
  • Lead the creation of promotional materials and sales aids for the service line.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales and service teams to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Monitor and manage the service line budget to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Position Qualifications:Required skills:
  • Must have a proven track record in Sales Service and Marketing with at least 12 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
  • Ability to lead projects and initiatives that drive service improvement and sales growth.
  • Knowledge of current marketing strategies and tools to enhance service visibility and appeal.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs and service challenges.
  • Commitment to staying informed about industry changes and leveraging new technologies for service enhancement.
Salary and Other Compensation:Applications accepted through May 6, 2024.The annual salary for this position is between $115,000 - $170,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
