- Directing and managing all Business application assets including Infor Finance, Supply Chain and HR; API workforce management; and various other financial and support applications. This position is responsible for developing and executing the Digital Health and Technology roadmap coordinated via ERP steering committee and governance structures supporting the corporate goals associated with the payer business application landscape. Implementing Digital Transformation Projects. Responsible for the Revenue Cycle technology of all entities. Responsible for the Digital Front Door, Internet and Intranet technologies, Office 365 environment, Microsoft Teams, and Live events. Responsible for Facilities systems, Security systems, and communication systems.
- Coordination with Business integration of prioritized projects.
- Directing and managing the planning, evaluation, development, installation, testing, modification, and operation of all standard PHP application services for a large, integrated, multi-institutional healthcare delivery system.
- Responsibility for coordinating all Business application management and internal reporting.
- Management of interactions with the infrastructure group, local hospital and subsidiary groups, and executive leadership.
- Developing strategic plans, establishing priorities, and allocating resources for the Business Applications portfolio to achieve Division as well as Premier Health’s corporate goals.
- Oversees Clinical applications, contracts, service levels, and prioritizations with each organization’s guiding groups.
- Prepare and manages budgets including a $3 - 9 million Capital Budget depending upon the capital projects approved and a $10 -20 million Operating Budget.
- Oversees Application standards development, policy, procedures, and standards enforcement.
- Coordinates corporate resources and assigning resources for local needs that are coordinated in advance.
- Directs and supervises 50 - 75 staff, managers, and consultants
