- Assists with overseeing the day-to-day operations/activities/efforts of the branch personnel.
- Assist Branch Manager in finding and developing high quality staff.
- Will assist Branch Manager in ensuring branch associates remain effective, sound and engaged, both from an operations and sales perspective.
- Will assist in ensuring branch associates adhere to established policies and procedures which includes Retail Branch Standards.
- Leading by example through consistently achieve sales results and coaching the PEBO way.
- Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all client’s business confidential.

- Pro-actively meet the clients’ financial needs through our sales process.
- Will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, achieving assigned goals and surpassing scorecard metrics.
- Capture client concerns and provide solutions, via self or utilizing with other bank personnel, successfully within stated timelines.
- Utilize Salesforce for client and prospect interactions and sales activities.
- Attract new relationships and retain and expand existing relationships.
- Must possess an ability to turn service encounters into dialogue-based meetings where other needs can be uncovered.
- Respond to customer concerns with unfailing follow-up and fulfilling their needs and concerns.
- Develop and retain the customer base, greet by/use name, have knowledge of account ownership, and be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution.
- Acquires, uses, and maintains, consumer lending product knowledge and abilities to generate and execute loans, lines and deposit products.
- Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs to be capable of effectively referring customers to business partners for the selling and cross-selling bank products and services to customers.
- Make calls via phone or Teams to clients and/or prospects on a weekly basis to meet calling goals of the branch while recording those calls in the P1 system.
- Responsible for interpreting documents such as safety rules, account documents, operating and maintenance instructions, consumer loan documents and procedure manuals.
- Will research and offer solutions to resolve problems.
- Consistently completes required training for all bank and branch policies and procedures.
- Follow operational standards regarding security, risk management and compliance.
- Will perform special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED and one to two years related experience and/or training.
- Prior job experience with extensive customer contact is required.
- Ability to provide coaching and feedback to team.
- Must be self-motivated and assertive with an ability to perform well in a sales environment and interact well with customers and team members in a professional manner.
- Must be flexible team player with excellent oral and written communication, customer service and cross-selling skills.
- Must be able to pass background and credit standards to hold NMLS credentials.
- Trustworthy and confidential behavior is essential in this role.
- Knowledge and prior usage of computers and computer systems.
- Ability to work individually and with others.
- Must have ability to learn computer and mobile device application quickly.
- Must be able to travel (i.e. to Marietta Ohio Training Center) to attend internal education which in some circumstances could include overnight stay. Travel also required to fill in at other branches as needed.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Daily Reliable transportation.
