- Must have a minimum of two years' as LINE COOK in a fine dining establishment.
- Must have high attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced exhibition kitchen environment with ability to work as a team.
- Must have the ability to execute large quantities of food while always maintaining the highest quality.
- Food Handler's certificate.
- Culinary education desired but not required.
