You will assist with minor business development efforts implementing concepts for and production of collateral materials. The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator II will manage the local database, manage basic pursuit videos, and interview staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.A Day in the Life:
  • Meeting with the Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiatives
  • Developing a layout for a proposal in InDesign and inputting information
  • Interviewing project team members for value-added information to improve proposal response
  • Leading a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team
  • Updating resumes and project sheets
Marketing Coordinator II Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years experience marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar capacity
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
