Managing multiple accounts, leading hiring, training, and maintaining customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure proper execution of work at assigned sites.
Schedule and coordinate custodial duties and current services.
Supervise work assignments and conduct training for INC employees.
Administer the INC Safety Program and personnel policies.
Respond to customer requests and maintain a professional standard.
Experience, Requirements, and Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License required.
10+ years of experience managing large janitorial teams.
Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
Experience in recruiting, training, quality control management, and budget management.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
College degree in Business Administration highly desirable.
