You’ll join a technology group that’s tightly coupled with our finance team to automate business processes and unlock capacity for enhanced analytics and new ideas.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and data flows.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of new applications and system enhancements in partnership with finance teams.
  • Analyze existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
  • Facilitate system testing, including the creation of test plans and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for data-related issues across financial systems.
In office schedule: This position will be working in the office 2-3 days per week.The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $142,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.   • Advanced development experience with SAP Native HANA
  • Proficiency in Native HANA SQL
  • Expertise in Smart Data Integration (SDI) – Flowgraphs & Procedures
  • Experience with Smart Data Access (SDA)
  • Strong knowledge of Calculation Views and Analytic Views
Functional Knowledge & Reporting:
  • Deep understanding of Financial Accounting for Life & Annuity Insurances
  • Experience in Ledger and Sub-Ledger Data Analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP Analysis for Office, SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Familiarity with Financial Product Subledger (FPSL)
  • Exposure to SAP BW for HANA
  • Working knowledge of ABAP and Core Data Services (CDS) Views
