Who You Are:You enjoy organization and management. The Move- In Coordinator acts as a point of contact for general questions and tasks regarding Lease-signing and scheduling DRS assessments for the community. The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ED and DCR to create a seamless move-in process as well as support retention of residents.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates move-in paperwork from family and physician for the Community
  • Maintains database management history along with DCR(s)
  • Maintains brochures along with DCR(s)
  • Schedules Assessments with DRS and Lease Signing with ED(s) with families prior to physical move-in’s
  • Coordinates and conducts tours of the communities and assists residents and families with placement and move in to either community
  • Provides communication to all department directors as needed to ensure smooth move-in
  • Coordinates all move-ins with DH teams
  • Consistent follow-up with depositors for timely physical move-in
  • Supports Front desks with incoming calls and current resident needs when necessary
  • Informs all appropriate personnel of in-coming move-ins and select services
  • Maintains relationships with new residents and family members 90 days post move-in with regular check in’s weekly for quality control
  • Discusses and reviews new move-ins with ED, DCR, DRS and Department Head team prior to arriving
  • Discusses any concerns or issues with ED and Department Head team as soon as identified
  • Communicates regularly and works cooperatively with administrative personnel
  • Maintains guest rooms
  • Maintains show rooms
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
  • Must possess an upbeat, positive, flexible, and enthusiastic personality and be congenial with fellow employees, residents, and the public at large.
  • Ability to manage move-in schedules and physically reside in building during times of need.
  • Develops strong relationships with an active and current resident lead base that will eventually lead to potential residents moving into the communities.
  • Must be an honest and dependable individual.
  • Must maintain proper hygiene.
  • Must be professional in dress and presentation.
  • Must be willing to be active and on feet during entire work shift.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in Standard English and use own judgment and initiative in daily activities.
  • Must be a mature individual. Must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Must be detail and team work oriented.
  • Must attend required in-services/ workshops to further education of skills and community requirements.
  • Must be Drug free and submit to Urinary Analysis Drug screening upon hire and routinely.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
  • The employee shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Koelsch Communities.
Uniform and Appearance Requirements:
  • Professional business wear abiding by the community dress code policy.
Position Equipment:
  • Throughout shift, carry / wear earpiece and handheld radio and respond appropriately to calls as needed.
  • This role is provided a laptop or desktop computer for work use.
Work location and Travel Requirements:
  • This role is a 100% on-site required role.
