Senior Accountant

• Perform cost analysis and prepare detailed reports on cost variances, standard costs, and profitability.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory records, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate reporting of manufacturing costs.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes, particularly related to manufacturing costs and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and answering auditor inquiries.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
