- Assist with communication and standards for best practice protocols. Collaborate with the Benefits team on new benefit plan offerings, design, and marketing of new initiatives.
- Administer Retirement & 401k Plans including eligibility tracking, enrollment reconciliation, account funding maintenance, and performing the plan audits.
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards, in compliance with Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA.
- Responsible for Benefit orientation, assisting employees with enrollment in their entitlements and issue resolution.
- Report all Workers Compensation claims to Workers' Compensation vendor and missed time claims to our third party leave administrator as well as documenting all ADA cases within our ADA tracking tool.
- Assist Benefits Manager with daily management of all benefit programs and policies.
- Distribution of employee communications including but not limited to: annual notices, 401k related disclosures, employee offerings, and engagement events.
- Manage and schedule all employee engagement initiatives and events and assist with survey deployment and reporting.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience
- Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including presenting to large groups.
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment
