Maintains audit and training records and Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) for individual staff. Provides regular feedback and appraisal of performance and documents feedback and appraisals.Meets, interviews, and directs public health clients in accordance with program policies. Processes information, completes medical records, and enters all client information into applicable electronic applications. Answers telephones and schedules appointments as needed.Ensures that staff comply with program and agency guidelines. Ensures compliance with agency guidelines for, medical records, SC-WIC, and other documentation.Follow established guidelines around customer service and cultural competency.Complete data collection and entry into SC-WIC. Validates Food Instrument (FI) and Farmer's Market Checks.Attend relevant program and agency training and meetings. Ensure necessary materials and resources are available for admin. Prepares and submits required reports and completes other duties as assigned.State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.Agency Additional Requirements: During emergencies or major disasters, employee should regard himself/herself as being on 24-hour call when such events occur. Must be able to work in a multi-task environment with constant interruptions. Must be able to work in stressful situations and maintain effective working relationships. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Must obtain and/or maintain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Training.Applicants indicating college credit or degree(s) on the application may upload an unofficial copy of the transcript as an attachment to the application.
