- Responsible for working tickets assigned to the Tier 2 Team for a wide variety of issues.
- Assist Tier 1 team with questions via chat and taking escalations.
- Maintain and support customer network infrastructures including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Perform configuration changes per customer or project requests.
- Perform updates to equipment.
- Assist with documenting procedures for both internal and external use.
- Experience with PBX or Mitel systems a plus
- Ability to train onsite at our Walpole facility for at least 2 weeks
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
- IP addresses, Subnetting, VLANs
- HP Switch CLI
- Cisco Switch CLI
- Wireless network fundamentals
- Pre-employment CORI, background check and drug test is required.
