- Collaborates cross-functionally to assess current processes and identify opportunities to optimize,standardize and automate
- Contributes to prioritization eff orts based on organizational strategic focus, data analysis,regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and available resources.
- Analyses existing workfl ows, performs benchmark gap analysis and assists in the design to transformworkfl ows.
- Leverages HR technology expertise to improve processes and increase system performance.
- Significantly contribute to all projects involving process optimization to ensure successful design, delivery,risk mitigation, issue resolution, and generally problem solve.
- Implements and sustains a repeatable, reliable, and sustainable approach to process optimization.
- Builds and fosters relationships across the organization to promote and encourage partnerships tounderstand the organizational challenges and collaboratively solve problems.
- Conducts ongoing research and benchmark against industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree required OR equivalent combination of training, education and relevant experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of business processes across HR COEs and the ability to help designand recommend process changes, procedure redesign.
- Demonstrated success in supporting large transformational projects from a change managementperspective.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to create presentations. Ability to create process fl ow diagrams in Visioor other software applications as needed.
- Experience in diverse process optimization implementations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects tomanagement for evaluation and prioritization.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 9+ of experience working in an HR organization or working on HR projects preferred.
- Experience building mechanisms from the ground up, including design of roadmaps to driveincremental progress towards long-term vision and goals.
- Ability to work eff ectively in cross-functional, team-based environment with stakeholders across diff erentlevels and areas of responsibility.
- Highly adaptable, ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguous situations.
- Excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with capacity to clearly articulate messages to a varietyof audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and foster collaboration.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in a project-based environment that is driving significant transformation.
