- Lead the opening and ongoing operations of the new food and beverage concept, ensuring optimal efficiency, strict quality control, exceptional guest service, and immediate financial success.
- Drive profitability and revenue growth through effective financial strategies, cost optimization, cultivation of new revenue streams, and analysis of financial performance to ensure sustained success.
- Position the concept as a market leader by developing innovative strategies, forming strategic partnerships, and collaborating with marketing and PR teams to attract and retain a loyal customer base.
- Develop and execute strategies to consistently attract a high volume of guests, ensuring operational capacity and financial growth, while maintaining exceptional guest experiences that differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
- Drive top-line sales performance through stellar service delivery, strategic community engagement, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Control costs by managing controllable expenses and implementing systems that empower team members to effectively manage costs without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Chef to deliver a dynamic menu that caters to everyday dining as well as special events.
- Partner with the Beverage Manager and Bar Assistant Manager to curate an industry-leading small-batch craft cocktail program and tequila selection.
- Work closely with F&B Experiences and F&B Society leaders to imagine and create unique and memorable guest experiences.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, accountability, and delivering top-tier service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining operational excellence and aligning with industry best practices and corporate standards.
- Provide leadership support during peak times, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining service standards across all areas of the F&B team.
- Assist with the optimization of workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Lead special initiatives or projects that support the long-term operational strategy, including staff development, training programs, and process improvements.
- Proven track record in successfully opening new concepts and managing high-volume operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
