Position Title:Production AssociatePay Rate:Starting wage is $21.43. After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $23.37-$27.47. Rate of pay is based on job placement.Category/Shift:Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am*Overtime and Saturdays as needed.Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs. Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) for approximately three weeks. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.Physical Location:Manitowoc Box2000 S. 18th St.Manitowoc, WI 54220920-684-7636The Job You Will Perform:
  • Counting and stacking finished product
  • Reading factory orders
  • Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
  • Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
  • Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
  • This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
