- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of client implementation projects.
- Configure client sites and manage integrations (SSO, CRM, API, etc.).
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and guidance.
- Monitor project health to identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Develop training materials and deliver client onboarding sessions.
- Track adoption and usage post-launch to ensure long-term success.
- Transition accounts seamlessly to Account Management, Support, and Fulfillment teams.
- Route and manage support requests across technical channels.
- Submit and follow up on technical requests, enhancements, bug fixes, and investigations.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2 4+ years of professional experience in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Customer service experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
- Comfortable presenting and leading client-facing meetings.
- Proficiency in debugging with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and JTAG/SWD tools
- Experience with remote logging and diagnostics for field-deployed IoT devices
- Experience with Python for test scripting or manufacturing tools
- Experience in fast-paced hardware startups or compliance-driven industries
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (NFPA, Joint Commission)
