RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.Complete necessary reports.Other duties as assigned.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED.Strong safety background and good attendance record.Works well in a team environment.Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.Strong mechanical aptitude and be good communicator.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment.Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment, with an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.
