These are general labor jobs in Springfield, MA that pay $18.32 an hour plus shift differential. Our safety, quality and production culture are second to none. Attendance is important to us and you must be able to pass a drug screen that includes THC. Most openings are on second shift. You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.The Opportunity:
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Are you a quick learner with a good work ethic and commitment? Can you stand and walk for 8 to 10 hour shifts? We will provide training.
Weekends and nights available
Overtime at time and 1/2 is available
You will help us ensure that all company standards and customer commitments (safety, quality, production, cost, on-time delivery) are met

What You Need to Succeed:
