- Collaborates with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to create price architecture and longer-term revenue management strategy
- Leads monitoring/assessment of competitive pricing trends across the markets; collaborates with senior leadership in creating strategies to address/preempt competitive threats
- Drive alignment around all corporate or division-driven pricing initiatives
- Maximize restaurant revenue by setting, adjusting, and monitoring all advertising pricing, and demand-generating activities.
- Analyze historical data and collect market information to set optimal pricing strategy
- Implement comprehensive revenue maximizing strategies by working with key stakeholders
- Evaluate and set the optimal discount and promotion strategies at a market level
- Compare and track current to prior year information to identify attrition or growth trends
- Work closely with the Data Insights Team to obtain information on pricing trends, market conditions, and client demand in order to develop, implement, and communicate appropriate pricing forecasting strategies
- Own price elasticity and analytics models to drive continuous price optimization
- Conduct thorough analysis and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Work cross-functionally at the enterprise level to plan, organize, communicate and implement promotional pricing strategies
