Your professionalism and dependability directly support food security and customer satisfaction across the East Coast and Midwest.What You’ll Do
Safely operate newer-model Freightliner or Volvo sleeper tractors and 53’ trailers
Deliver multi-stop loads (typically 3–4 stops) across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast
Communicate regularly with dispatch and customers
Manage hours of service and delivery timelines effectively
Return with backhauls for tri-state area deliveries
Keep your assigned truck clean and professionally maintained
Optionally unload to expedite delivery when applicable
Use Samsara ELD with camera safety systems (inward, outward, side)
Schedule & Travel
Leave Sunday or Monday, return Friday or Saturday, 5–7 days OTR
34+ hour reset at home every weekend
Holiday work required, but drivers return/leave morning or afternoon of holidays
Coverage area includes the Carolinas, New England, Midwest (as far as Chicago)
Pay You Can Count On
Activity-based pay
Mileage starts at $0.635/mile
Additional pay for stops, delays, layovers, backhauls, meals, etc.
Annual pay range: $80,000–$100,000+ depending on workload
Top earners exceed $125,000/year

What We’re Looking For
CDL Class A license (required)
Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
Current medical card
Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the past 5 years)
Strong time management skills and commitment to safety
Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English to ensure effective communication, understanding of safety protocols and completion of required documentation.
Comfortable with varied schedules (day/night driving, multi-stop loads)
