We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.Position SummaryAs directed by Senior Manager, SSR Operations - GOM, coordinate the personnel allocation/utilization as required to support the specific job activities. Assist in managing the overall field support staff with the SSR Operations Managers.Duties & ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL
Participates in all HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Monitors systems preventive maintenance and disbursing data to management and offshore teams.
Communicates with other business groups to ensure that all parts, tools, and system needs are met.
Monitors Inventory Management for each system, including cycle counts and accuracy.
Monitors audit process, ensuring that systems audits are closed out timely.
Manages the closure of non-conformances.
Assists Operations Mangers with allocating personnel as required to man all Subsea Robotics and OPG offshore activities, as needed.
Organizes teams in support of operational excellence initiatives as directed by Operations Managers.
Conducts periodic site visits.
QualificationsREQUIRED
Three (3) years oilfield experience to include at least one year of personnel logistics experience.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
DESIRED
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Additional InformationThis position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office.
