
Administrative Assistant

- Provide daily administrative support to two showroom sales representatives
- Follow up with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and product inquires
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate with logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Enter and update sales orders, quotes, and customer data into internal systems
- Maintain organized records of invoices, customer files, and supporting documents
- Assist with customer service, by phone, email, and in person walk ins
- Support showroom operations during peak hours, customer visits, and events
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and inventory teams to track orders and resolve issues
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required
- A customer first mindset and a team oriented attitude
