  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or related program.
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Physical Therapist:
  • Assess and Diagnose: Conduct Comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Make a tangible difference as you create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
  • Educate and instruct Patients: Provide through education to patients and their families: empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well-being.
