Associate Solutions Operations Project Manager - Remote

- Assist with developing a project plan that lays out an approach and timeline to reach the goal.
- Coordinate and/or host project meetings including assigning tasks and responsibilities, communicate risks and document meeting outcomes.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the plan and deliver success.
- Leverage internal tools for planning and execution (e.g., Smartsheet, Teams, Jira, Excel, SFDC, etc.) providing visibility and accountability for project team members.
- Escalate risks and drive towards solutions that mitigate risks proactively.
- Plan and coordinate specific events for the market teams.
- Maintain regular communication outside of meetings with project stakeholders and external partners. Provide project updates, status reports, and presentations as required. Manage stakeholder expectations and address issues promptly.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards. Implement regular cadence for retrospectives to document best practices and make necessary process changes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in managing multiple and diverse projects (full project management life cycle) in a high-volume/fast paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge standard business processes and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships as well as relationships with external vendors.
- Experience working in a corporate PMO and Agile experience is an asset.
- Experience working in Salesforce.com is preferred.
- Must be 18 years in age or older.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

- Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.
- Available to travel up to 10%.
- Able to communicate with others by telephone and in person.
- Able to utilize a computer for word processing, email communication, and preparation of documents and presentations.
- May require sitting for extended periods of time.
- Usually, normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
