- Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Action (CA/PA) efforts, including initiation, assignment, follow-up, and verification of effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other functions on change control, risk assessments, and validation activities.
- Work with customers on protocol and report content to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate the local Internal Audit program and follow-ups.
- Coordinate the monthly GMP inspection program and follow-ups.
- Support the Good Manufacturing Practice program, collaborating on plant audits and program improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive implementation of corrective actions for process-related concerns and nonconforming materials.
- Assist with customer complaint reports, root cause analysis, and CA/PA efforts.
- Support document control and training as needed.
- Perform final Quality Assurance review and release of finished products.
- Provide support at Quality Council at both site and corporate levels.
- Assist QC Lab functions and Supply Chain with raw material issues as directed.
- Assist with investigational testing, including L&E or device testing.
- Perform other Quality Assurance Analyst duties as assigned.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings.
- Strong background in investigations and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active listening skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to backlog resolution.
- Experience with CAPA, FDA regulations, batch record investigation, root cause analysis, and audits.
- Experience in pharma, chemical, or food industries.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to ramp up quickly, ideally within 2–3 weeks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Familiarity with SOPs and quality documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience and an associate degree will be considered.
