- Coordinates with Member Services Manager to ensure accuracy and prioritization levels
- Supports timely execution of onboarding membership from enrollment to GPO ID through internal and communication.
- Update and maintain membership changes within the membership system
- Accurately reflect member groups, to include all bill-to and ship-to locations. Corroborates through multiple sources
- Knowledgeable of rules, protocols, processes surrounding member alignment
- Maximizes full member value during onboarding with portfolio knowledge based on COT, specialty, and distributor along with priority level of risk or opportunity
- Support maintenance of membership roster and internal systems by executing based upon the results of the auditing process
- Ensures individual membership accuracy and match between HealthTrust HOME and AdvantageTrust CRM through change process management
- Assists in onboarding additional distributor roster submissions and coordinates with the Distribution Team
- Assist in member support ticket triage to ensure efficient response to all stakeholder inquiries
- High School Graduate/Equivalent Required
- 3+ years of experience in customer service preferred
