Manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
Build a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees
Support hourly and salaried employees through direct contact and timely and effective responses to personnel needs and issues
Assist supervisors and managers in the areas of conflict resolution, corrective action, investigations, and other related issues
Assist Employees with general questions and issues in the areas of recruitment, benefits, payroll, and training
Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and leading training, as needed, for employees and managers.
Coordinate all required pre-employment screenings (background checks and drug tests)
Conduct and coordinate new hire on-boarding procedures and in-person orientations
Maintain and update employee data within SAP system
Prepare and provide monthly headcount reports as needed
Participate in annual open enrollment benefit meetings
Ensure the timely enrollment and/or termination of employees within various employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.
Serve as back-up payroll administrator when needed
Ensure company and departmental compliance with state and federal labor law required postings
Plan and participate in various company-wide events
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, or business-related degree, or three to five years of professional Human Resources experience in a manufacturing related company
Payroll experience is a plus
Knowledge SAP or similar ERP system preferred
Experience with ADP is a plus
Superior collaboration, communication, and presentation skills with strong business acumen
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Highly organized and time conscious
Possess strong analytical aptitude
Self-motivated and results oriented
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

Strong time management and organizational skills
