- Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including employee/labor relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Collaborative Innovator: Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated, value-added services that meet evolving organizational needs.
- Coach & Developer: Empower leaders and employees through effective coaching, development, and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years OR 5+ years of progressive HR or leadership experience.
- Generalist HR experience or expertise in 2+ HR specialties (e.g., compensation, benefits, ER/LR, talent acquisition).
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, with foundational knowledge of recruitment, training, and compensation.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
