  • Strategic Partner: Translate business goals into actionable HR plans, driving solutions in partnership with leaders across your assigned groups.
  • Culture Champion: Embed CommonSpirit Health's mission, vision, and values, fostering an engaging and supportive work environment.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including employee/labor relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborative Innovator: Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated, value-added services that meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Coach & Developer: Empower leaders and employees through effective coaching, development, and conflict resolution.

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years OR 5+ years of progressive HR or leadership experience.
  • Generalist HR experience or expertise in 2+ HR specialties (e.g., compensation, benefits, ER/LR, talent acquisition).
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, with foundational knowledge of recruitment, training, and compensation.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
