Someone who has a vested interest in providing exceptional patient-centered care
Valid Oregon nursing license in good standing
Experience in long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
JOB DUTIES:
Oversee and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and CNAs
Identify resident problem areas and strengths so that we can address any issues and find ways to improve
Provide medication and treatments to residents
Perform resident assessments
Schedule: 3 days on, 3 days off rotation
