Family Enrollment Specialist

• Guides families through the enrollment process, including application assistance, eligibility verification, and documentation collection.
• Maintains accurate and confidential records in accordance with program and licensing requirements.
• Collaborates with campus leadership to fill targeted enrollment openings.
• Provides families with information about available services, resources, and community support.
• Organizes and leads outreach events and activities to promote enrollment and family engagement.
• Coordinates staff availability and calendars/scheduling campus tours

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with families in an educational or social services setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a welcoming and supportive demeanor.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intellikid Systems (enrollment database).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
