Job Requisition Begin Date 08/25/2025Position QualificationPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our lymphoma research program. The successful candidate will work at the interface of cancer biology, functional genomics, and translational research, with a focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms driving lymphoma progression and therapy resistance. This position will leverage cutting-edge approaches including spatial transcriptomics, CRISPR-based functional genomic screening, and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models to discover novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers. The postdoc will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, multidisciplinary collaborations, and opportunities to lead high-impact publications.
Required QualificationsPhD in cancer biology, molecular/cellular biology, genomics, or immunologyExpertise in
  • Gene editing technology and NGS
  • Flow cytometry and cell sorting
  • Bioinformatic and data integration, R/Python
Supplemental QualificationsPreferred experience in
  • Familiar with platforms like Visium and GeoMx
  • Engrafting of human lymphoma tissue into immunocompromised mice
  • Grant writing and ability to write manuscripts
  • Previous multi-disciplinary projects (genomics in-vivo immunology)
