- Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems such as IBM Content Manager On Demand CMOD
- Working knowledge of IBM Support Processes
- Strong mainframe and iSeries Skills
- Strong database skills DB2 and or Oracle preferred
- Working experience Object Access Method OAM helpful
- Experience with Easytrieve JCL TWS Endev or Changeman CA7 and Syncsort
- Demonstrate a current knowledge of latest DevOps tooling and practices
- Experience with Customer Correspondence systems such as Open Text Exstream helpful
- Use of Agile and SAFe methodology as well as tools such as JIRA Kanban Boards Confluence and other collaborative workspaces
