- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of open house strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Real Estate License: Possess a valid real estate license, demonstrating legal eligibility to conduct open house events and facilitate property transactions.
