Duration: Ongoing ContractDuties:Follow instructions from lead engineers and job requesters.Independently operate scanning electron microscope (SEM), focused ion beam (FIB), optical microscope, and polishing wheel.Perform physical characterization of advanced semiconductor development wafers.Conduct wafer preparation using polishing and chemical highlighting techniques in a fume hood.Maintain lab equipment, organize, sort, and store wafers.Work alternating week night shifts:Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat – 7pm to 7amWeek 2: Sun, Wed, Thu – 7pm to 7amSkills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to comprehend 3D structures and interpret 2D cross-sections.Steady hands for handling small, delicate objects.Basic understanding of chemistry and physics.Experience:Prior experience in the semiconductor industry (1+ years preferred).Understanding of basic integrated circuit principles (1+ years preferred).Experience operating SEM, FIB, or optical microscopes (1+ years preferred).Education:Associate degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:
